[EVENT] Halloween Events in Yokohama

In October, many Halloween events are going to be held in Yokohama.

Yokohama Anpanman Museum&Mall "Halloween 2014"

   date: Sep. 20th ~ Oct. 31st
  ・Stage Performance "Baikin-man to Odorou! (Let's dance with Baikin-man!)"
       date: every day

     ・"Hora Hora Rally"
       get a hat and collect stamps.

     ・Halloween Fureai Time
       meet the characters with Halloween costumes.

Yokohama Bay Quarter "Kids Halloween Parade"
       date: Oct. 25th
       time: 11:30~, 13:30~, 15:30~ (30 min.)
       venue: Yokohama Bay Quarter
                  (Yokohama Station East Gate area)

       20 kids for each.
       entry qualifications: 2~6 years old kids (preschool kids),
                                        who can join the parade in thier own costumes.

       ☆An application in advance is needed!
           deadline: Oct. 16th

           with kid's name, age,
                   parent's name, age,
                   the nearest station,
                   the time when you want to join ( first choice and second choice),
                   where did you know this event?

           In case of too many applications, they will hold a draw for place allocation.

 ・PORTA "Halloween Star Magic Kids Halloween Parade"

                    (an underground shopping arcade in Yokohama station East Gate area.)
         20 kids for each.
         entry qualifications: preschool and elementary school kids,
                                          who can join the parade in thier own costumes.

         ☆An application in advance is needed!
           deadline: Oct. 8th
           Please press "応募はこちらから" buttom and fill the form.
           In case of too many applications, they will hold a draw for place allocation.         
           They wil reply by Oct. 10th if you win.

[LESSONS] Fuku Yoga: Yoga Lessons in Yokohama (Nishi & Naka)

We would like to introduce the regular lessons by our Baby Massage and Yoga & Pilates instructor, Fukiko Hirao.

-Maternity Yoga/Pilates
 16w and after. Please consult your doctor before attending. You may not be able to attend if you have some health problem regarding your pregnancy. 60min. Bring a towel, drink and stretchable cloths.

-Postpartum & BabyYoga 
 from 2 months after delivery. Baby massage included. 10:20-11:30 (70min). Bring a towel, drink,  stretchable cloths, a blanket for your baby and your Yoga mat if you have.

-Baby Massage
 from 2 months old to creeping stage (around 9 months old). 60min. Bring a bath towel, diapers and a handkerchief or something that ease your baby when s/he is undressed.

-Family Relax Yoga
 you can join with your child(ren). The instructor will do a picture-card show before starting to have children get used to the place and atmosphere. 13:00-14:10 (70min). Bring a towel, drink, stretchable cloths and your Yoga mat if you have.

-Kids' Yoga (3-6 y-old)

-FukuYoga Pilates
60 min. Bring stretchable cloths, drink, a small towel, a Yoga mat if you have or a bath towel if not.

-FukuYoga Basic Yoga
60 min. Bring stretchable cloths, drink, a small towel, a Yoga mat if you have or a bath towel if not.

1,500 yen / lesson
4 carnets: 5,000 yen (valid for 3 months)
8 carnets: 8,000 yen (valid for 6 months)

-If you are coming with your kids (Postpartun&Baby Yoga, Baby Massage and Family Relax Yoga), it would be easier if you come a little earlier and give your children some time to get used to the place.
-You can bring toys for your children but please avoid musical toys.
-You can breast-feed or change diapers during the lesson.
-If you don't have a Yoga mat, you can bring a bath towel instead.

[SEMINAR] Parent-Child Personality (MBTI) Seminar

IMCY would like to introduce an MBTI trainer Ms. Gondo. You can also visit her blog for more detail. 

MBTI is the world's most popular and well-known personality assessment tool. It is commonly used by universities and companies to help individuals understand themselves and for teams to understand each other as well as to help communication.

Harumi Gondo is an MBTI trainer who specializes in helping parents understand themselves and their children to help in their parenting.

Harumi has run over a hundred sessions in the past year in Tokyo including one-on-one coaching sessions with JAXA astronauts.

Her parenting seminar is also offered to the Womens Group at Tokyo American Club and is available to moms who would like to know how to use this very powerful tool to help them in their parenting.
